Rashad was the technician that was dispatched to fix my AC unit. He called an hour before his arrival to let me know he was in route to my home. Upon his arrival he wore a mask before entering my home due to COVID 19 which was greatly appreciated. He identified the problem, thoroughly explained it to me and started to fix the unit. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I received HVAC assistance from this company when I discovered I had a home warranty through Home Shield. Originally I was told I wouldn't be able to get a technician out until 24 hours but I received a call shortly after and was able to get a technician in as little as 2 hours. The technician was very nice and professional. He also was able to explain to me what was going wrong with my furnace and was able to fix it within 20 minutes. Talk about Great Service!!!!!! I will definitely reach out for any of my HVAC needs :)

I must admit I was a little worried when I saw some of the one star reviews but after experiencing this company for myself I can't imagine why anyone working with this company would not give it five stars. From estimate to install I was constantly kept abreast about what was going on. Hugo and Jeff came out as scheduled and did a professional job installing my new unit. I interviewed 2 other HVAC contractors that did not make me feel comfortable. They seemed to only focus on numbers and trying to get me to go with the brand "they" specialize in. The install went smoothly and Hugo and Jeff answered all of my questions . They even helped me out with my new thermostat which I am still learning, but loving already. Thanks Cecil and Sons for lighting my fire....literally!!

Cecil And Sons Heating and Cooling saved our summer! After attempting to get numerous quotes from other service companies Cecil And Sons gave us the only honest quote. They found out that problem did not require us to replace the entire AC unit ( the other companies told us we needed to replace everything) , we only needed to fix a small part that cost less then $100!
